Q: Why was my payment declined?

Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A:We offer the following shipping options:

· Standard Shipping: R250 or Free on orders over R500 - Timeframe, 5-7 business days
· Expedited Shipping: R750 - Timeframe, 2-3 business days
· International Shipping: Available to all countries. Costs and delivery times vary.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected. Please see the question above for estimated timeframes.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes! We ship to all regions. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: How can I track my order?
A:Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Q: My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
A:First, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your delivery. If the tracking information is unclear or shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A:We want you to love your purchase! You can return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

· Returns: For a refund to your original payment method.
· Exchanges: For a different size or color (subject to availability).

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A:Please visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A:Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Q: Are the product colors accurate in the photos?
A:We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, monitor settings and lighting can cause slight variations in color. If you have specific concerns about a product's color, please contact us before ordering.
